PVC Liner Solutions for Liquid Containment

Electro Plating
Kentain tank liners are the preferred solution by plating companies across Canada. The 3/32” (93 mil) PVC #930 has the strength and durability for the harsh environment of electroplating.

The 40 mil (0.40”) PVC #297 medium gauge liner material is excellent for holding and storage tanks.

Kentain liners have excellent resistance to a broad array of plating solutions. Each liner is custom designed for each tank and dielectrically welded together in Kentain's state of the art facility in Kitchener, Ontario. The dielectrically welded seams will not fail when subjected to the expansion and heat of the plating operation.

Kentain liners are easily installed, just drop in and tie off using the draw cord attached to the liner. For below surface tanks the Kentain liner is fastened to the tank wall.

Electroless Plating
Kentain tank liners are the preferred solution by plating companies across Canada.

The 20 mil (.020") PVC, light gauge liner material used by Kentain is ideal for electroless nickel and copper plating. It is sturdy, economical and disposable.

The liner is specifically formulated for the electroless plating process conditions.
  • It has good heat transfer

  • No expensive tank passivation

  • High resistance to strong oxidizing agents, inorganic acids,
    alkalis and salts

  • Flexible resilience to withstand thermal or physical shock

  • Dielectrically welded seams won’t leak, peel or crack

  • Prefabricated to the precise measurement and shape
    of the tank

  • Fast, easy drop in installation
